Information on Funeral Arrangements

Step 1. Stay Calm and contact our customer service at 6781 5161 for advice.

Step 2. If at Hospital, Obtain a Certificate of Cause of Death (CCOD) from a doctor,

If at home, we will provide a doctor to your house to certify on the spot.     

Step 3. Our Funeral Director will then discuss the funeral arrangements with the family.

Step 4. Our service staff will collect the body for cleaning, changing and makeup.

Step 5. Decide the place for Cremation/Burial. (Its our job to book the Cremation timing/Burial Plot.)

Step 6. Bring the CCOD, Both IC of deceased's and any next of kin's to any Police Post to

obtain the death certificate.

Step 7. Go to your respective Town Council to apply for permit.

Step 8. Meet at the Funeral Memorial Site for funeral service preparations.

丧事安排的程序

1. 保持正定，随即与我们的服务人员连络。

2. 在医院往生，向医生索取  “死亡鉴定书”（CCOD）。

    在家中往生，我们会派公司的医生到您家里开立 “死亡鉴定书”（CCOD）。

3. 服务人员会与家人规划丧事安排与宗教仪式。

4. 公司人员将载送大体进行梳洗，化装工作。

5. 家属要选择火化/土葬地点。（我们将安排时间与手续）

6. 带 “死亡鉴定书”（CCOD），亡者登记，自己登记往附近的警察局索取 “死亡证书”

7. 去治丧处所属的市政理事会申请停丧证书。

8. 回到治丧处进行：入殓，封棺等宗教仪式。

**If cause of death is unable to certify, the Police will send the body to the Centre for Forensic Medicine (CFM) Mortuary (located at Block 9 Singapore General Hospital) in a Police Hearse. The family will be told by the Police when to go down to the CFM Mortuary (usually the next day).
